- Rotate the carpet 180° every 12–18 months to ensure even wear from foot traffic and sunlight.
- Vacuum gently along the pile direction using a low-suction setting. Never use a beater attachment on silk or fine wool.
- Blot spills immediately with a clean dry cloth — never rub. Fibres can abrade if rubbed while wet.

- Store rolled (never folded) around an acid-free tube if not in use for extended periods.
- Avoid direct sunlight for prolonged periods — a UV-filtering window film will preserve colour.
